Follow Up Appointments
The scheduling of online appointments is only for students already registered with AEC, who have completed the Intake and have been prescribed accommodations. New students can visit How to Register with AEC to begin the registration process.
Appointment must be scheduled with an SJSU email. Scheduling an appointment will require student's first & last name and reason for appointment. Appointments made with non-SJSU emails will be canceled.
A confirmation email containing a Google Meet video conference link will be sent upon booking.
Location details for in-person meetings:
- General AEC Follow Up: Held on the 2nd Floor of the College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE) Building.
- Assistive Technology Training & Alternative Formats Support: Held on the second Floor of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library, Room 230 in the Center for Accessible Technology.
