Learning Together to Flip the Curve
Overview
Learning Together to Flip the Curve is a hybrid faculty learning community for new or fairly new faculty to explore, study, and apply different approaches to teaching and learning through the OneHE platform.
Participants will study different teaching strategies and pedagogical approaches, engage in scholarly dialogue, and collaboratively develop strategies to improve student learning. Participants will explore and apply evidence-based strategies, share classroom innovations, and support one another in creating proven pathways to student success.
Dates
The program takes place between September 29, 2026 to March 25, 2027.
Outcomes
Participants will:
- redesign syllabi, materials, and activities by incorporating evidence based strategies with the goal of ensuring and sustaining student success
- incorporate accessible, authentic, intentional, inclusive and/or transparent teaching and learning into their curriculum
- share their innovations with other participants and give feedback to their colleagues
